Foodstuffs.

Foods consumed today:

  1. Breakfast Smoothie - 480 calories (Very filling!)
  2. Handful of York Pieces, 200 calories (Oops.)
  3. Low Carb Smoothie - 210 calories
  4. Chilean Sea Bass with steamed broccoli and Au Gratin potatoes at Bonefish Grill (unknown)

I am the smoothie queen now. I practically want to drink all of my meals. The smoothies I'm trying now are from one particular website. Will look into other smoothie recipes that incorporate vegetables and different ingredients in them once I run out of these ingredients (because my grocery bill was pricey last night!)
